To process applications for general educational assistance (IPT enrolment) within one (1) month from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for haemodialysis assistance within seven (7) days from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for emergency counter assistance within 30 minutes from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for debt settlement assistance within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for capital assistance within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for monthly financial assistance within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for rental assistance within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for scholarships (domestic) within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for scholarships (overseas) within three (3) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process applications for one-way travel fare assistance (overseas studies) within two (2) months from the date the complete application is received.
To process appeal cases for all types of assistance within one (1) month from the date the complete application is received.
