To Manage All Authorisations Related To The Council's Financial Matters.
To Manage Meetings Of The Financial Management And Accounts Committee.
To Manage The Approval Process For The Council's Annual Budget.
To Manage And Control Applications For Transfer Of Allocations (Virement).
To Ensure Sufficient Budget For Every Expenditure To Be Incurred.
To Prepare And Issue Monthly And Annual Expenditure Performance Reports And Other Reports As Required.
To Monitor, Analyse And Evaluate The Council's Financial Data In Order To Enhance And Strengthen The Council's Financial Management.

To Ensure And Monitor That The Preparation Of Financial Statements Complies With The Requirements Of The Syariah Legal Committee And Accounting Standards In Malaysia.
To Manage The Presentation Of The Annual Report And Financial Statements To The Supreme Baitulmal Committee Of The Council Conference.
